- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The company itself is usually pretty good. The staff in this office on the other hand are a completely different matter. I just got an unexpected rate increase that was supposedly in effect for everyone but when I called corporate they said that's not true and are looking into the matter.. To add insult to injury, the person who answered said this went into effect January of this year (2017) but my policy is good until May of 2017. Care to explain that?
