- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I'd admit it. I hate paying for auto insurance. When I went to see Mrs. Monica Miller about some liability insurance, I was really blown away by the customer service off the back. Her office staff is really amazing. I've been in other offices but none were cool like this. It was very relaxing. They sat me down and explained to me about insurance rates and how prices are determined. They explained clearly to me about coverages and everything. I've never had an agent do that before.
